In addition to the home types in the previous villages, it also has Bungalows and condos ("Terrace Homes," in Celebration-speak). It is just past the downtown area, on the right hand side of Celebration Avenue. South Village the fifth village, with 552 homes. Cons include noise from attractions on 192, like the Old Town amusement area, and close proximity to 417 in some areas. Pros include easy access to 192, 417, and I-4. It features a neighborhood pool and park/pavillion area. This village has 367 homes in various styles, as well as townhomes and condos. When entering town on Celebration Avenue, simply stay to your left and make a left hand turn once you have passed 417. North Village is the fourth village, located closest to the 192 entrance to Celebration. Cons include narrow streets and small yards. Pros include lake views from many of the homes and close proximity to downtown and the K-8 school. It is populated by mainly Garden homes, although Village and Cottage Homes can be found among its 59 homesites. Lake Evalyn is the third village, located just past the downtown area, on the left hand side of Celebration Avenue. Pros include close proximity to the downtown area, the K-8 school, and the golf course. It has 95 homes, mixed between Cottage, Village, and Estate Homes. West Village is the second village, bordered by the Celebration Golf Course and the elementary school. Cons include downtown traffic, limited parking, and crowds. Pros include close proximity to downtown, Lakeside Park, and the elementary school. Downtown features a large, heated neighborhood pool at Lakeside Park, which also has basketball courts and a volunteer library.
There are many condos downtown, including the spaces above the shops, and a new condo development is under construction on former parking lots.
